NOTE 

* Important note for color wrap/color ppf, the images ,colors and finishes on screen may have color differences due to different shooting equipments, light conditions and device display setting and shades of the models, for accurate colors please always check our color swatch.

 * Rolls from the same batch should be used for completing a wrap job for the same one car as a slight batch to batch variation of color may occur, The film may scratch during the application or a day in and out use, the warranty does not cover the scratching on the film 

*In an ongoing effort to enhance our product competitiveness, minimize waste, and support environmental conservation, we have revised the standard size of our OEM car wrap vinyl standard size from 1.52×18 meters to 1.52×16.5 meters from year 2024

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

1. In the initial stage after install (within 3 days from the delivery 

date), the adhesion of the film is relatively low. Just in case, do not touch 

the film surface, especially the edge portion.

2. In the initial stage after install, there may be a possibility of 

subsequent generation of bubbles or blisters, which is a normal 

phenomenon and can naturally disappear after about 10 days. If you are 

in a hurry, you can go to the construction unit for quick processing.

3. Wash the vehicle after it is completely dry (about 1 week after install).

4. Please avoid using adhesives things to stick the surface of the film.

5. Please avoid using cleaning tools that are easy to damage the 

membrane surface. 

6. Do not use a brush, abrasive or sponge with abrasive 

to clean the membrane surface.

7. Wipe the film surface with a soft damp cloth and water. 

If you need to use a cleaning agent, use a neutral detergent.

TO ACHIEVE A PERFECT FINISH

1.We recommend using a tack reducer for flat panels.

2.Installation by at least two people/panel

3.Don’t heat up to the line where the film is lifted to prevent adhesive lines.

4.Apply max 50 degrees of heat when stretching to prevent fading and marks.

5.Apply soap and water over the squeegee felt to avoid scratches.

6.Relax the film (heat and let it cool down) before applying it to a recess

7.Apply adhesive promoter on deep recesses

8.Post-heat a vinyl film to a recommended temperature
